On behalf of Pokhara University, Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. On behalf of Prem Narayan Aryal and Nast, Vice Chancellor Dr. Signed by Sunil Babu Shrestha.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The MoU stipulates that scientific and technical manpower, skills and physical facilities will be exchanged between the two organizations.
