Kaski, Jun 4: A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been signed between Pokhara University and Nepal Academy of Science and Technology (NAST) for the purpose of mutual cooperation in the fields of science, research and education. The MoU stipulates that scientific and technical manpower, skills and physical facilities will be exchanged between the two organizations. In addition, workshops, trainings, seminars, research projects on contemporary issues will be conducted.
In addition to this, the available scholars and senior scientists of Nast will also be involved in the research work of postgraduate and doctoral level of the university in various fields of science and technology.
The MoU has also paved the way for the two organizations to jointly work together for research and development of science and technology, biodiversity, environment and sustainable urban development.
