Kathmandu/November 21-Sanatana Studies and Research Foundation Nepal and Sri Chaitanya Saraswat Sabha for Spiritual Culture and Science jointly organized the first international conference on ‘Dialogue between Vedanta and Science in the Origin and Evolution of Life’. The conference will be held on November 23 and 24 at Akshara School, Kageshwari Manohara-9, Kandaghari, Kathmandu.
In the conference, more than 20 eminent spiritual thinkers, activists, gurus and scientists from different countries including Nepal, India, and America will give their opinions and submit working papers.
The organizers said that the conference will be supported by the Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation and about 3,000 people will participate.
According to the organizers of the conference, it is reasonable to look at Veda Vedanta or spirituality in connection with science based on scientific evidence and research and to attract the new generation towards spirituality.
At the conference Saint Maharaj Dr. Bhakti Nishkam Wijanan Muni, Samhitasastri Arjun Bastola, Senior Neurologist Dr. JP Agrawal, Professor Dr. Mohan Prasad Kharel, Professor Dr. Rameshwar Adhikari, Associate Professor Dr. Gopichandar Kafle, associate professor Dr. Nirmalamani Adhikari, Associate Professor Dr. Chitra Bahadur Baniya, Professor Dr. Rajni Malla, Deputy Professor Dr. Dipendra Parajuli, Associate Professor Dr. Govindsharan Upadhyay, Prof. Bharat Giri, Dr. Bhuvaneshwari Rao and Shripad Krishna Keshav Prabhu and Dr. Sumangaladevi will submit the work paper through Dasi.
